Our Background is in Mechanical electrical, as such we can install, modify, improve, and make wiring changes from an interface relay to a complete rewire and new switchboards, without the need for an additional contractor; in fact the same person does the work so it is easier to commission and fault find if necessary.
Industry practice is to install the BMS controllers inside the mechanical switchboards for direct control of the interposing relays and status points, without having to install additional panels and additional wiring.

Documentation is critical for both our client, the building owners and ourselves to ensure easier expansion of the system, a seamless handover and provide a source of engineering check and diligence if and when required Part of the Functional specification is of course the commissioning check sheets and verification of results, typically with third party instrumentation.

BMS in Construction Projects
Our experience and good people, from the project manager, to the design engineer, to the commissioning technician bring the project in, on time and documented. Documentation is critical for ongoing success and carrying forward information either for a “Building Information Modelling” (BIM) necessity or for future expansion of the system by the owners or the builder.
All passwords, including the High Level Programming passwords, are provided at the end of the warranty or “Defects liability Period”, (DLP). We do not hold our clients or building owners to “ransom” for receipt of passwords.
